Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping is available within the United States only.
I use USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on which option you select upon checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final — I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within X days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Lost & Delayed Packages
I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping courier (USPS).
If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS first with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed once placed. If you need to cancel an order or change your shipping address, please contact me within 1 hour of placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate.
Payment & Sales Tax
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Your payment information is never stored on this site.
Sales tax is applied where required by law.
