SHOP POLICIES


Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping is available within the United States only.

  • I use USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on which option you select upon checkout.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final — I do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within X days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Lost & Delayed Packages

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping courier (USPS).

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS first with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed once placed. If you need to cancel an order or change your shipping address, please contact me within 1 hour of placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate.

Payment & Sales Tax

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Your payment information is never stored on this site.

  • Sales tax is applied where required by law.
