What kind of products do you sell?

I create illustrated stationery, including postcards, stickers, and other paper goods inspired by travel, food, and everyday moments.

What is the difference between the Store and the Secret Shop?

The Store is open to everyone and includes my main collection of stationery and illustrated goods. The Secret Shop features exclusive and small-batch items that are only available to my Patreon members at the $1 tier or higher. If you'd like access, you can join my Patreon and receive a monthly secret password!

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I do not offer custom orders, but I’m always open to suggestions for future designs! Feel free to send me a message here.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited edition. Become a Wonderscout and get updates on restocks and new releases!

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 4-6 business days and shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary but generally take:

  • First-Class / Ground Advantage Mail: 4-6 business days

  • Priority Mail: 1-2 business days

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, I may not be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need assistance.

My package is lost or delayed—what should I do?

If your order is delayed, please allow extra time as USPS sometimes experiences delays. If your package is lost, contact me, and I’ll do my best to help. However, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to help!

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. I will do my best to make it right!
